Create your character once, ideally from a reference image, and reuse that same reference for every shot instead of redescribing their look each time. Only change the action, camera, and scene between generations, not the character's identity.
One clip, one moment
A single generation tends to work best when it covers one main beat, not a whole mini-story packed with multiple actions, camera moves, and reveals at once.
Build longer videos as shots
